1/31/2024 0 Comments XXNet for apple download![]() Other than going through my 16 year purchase history, how can I find undownloaded movies and TV shows? I notice that the recent purchases don't even appear in the Library list of movies until I hit download, so I can't find undownloaded purchases that way. it says "There are no downloads available for (obviously with my real email address, and yes, it is the correct account). But if I go to Account|Check for available downloads. ![]() Clicking on "." and selecting View Details gives me details and the option to download the movie (since it isn't downloaded). It has a short list of movies in the top I have recently purchased. I can confirm this by going to the "Watch Now" tab in TV. Whereas in iTunes the Purchased|Not In My Library would tell me recent purchases I hadn't downloaded, the new TV app Account|Check for available downloads. I have a *very* large purchased movie collection. If the issue persists on a different network then we know the issue is more than likely with the phone.I recently upgraded to Big Sur from Mojave, and part of the upgrade process was splitting up the old iTunes app into TV and Music. That way if it works there, then we know its something to do with the router being used. It is also worth noting that a great test would be to connect to a different wifi network, and try to download an app there.
